So I’m new at this giveaway thing but I was buying these three books because I thought a) I wouldn’t get to keep my awesome job at the bookstore and get my wonderful discount but then after buying everything and as I’m about to leave I get a “LOL of course ur staying.” So that’s good! b) I wanted to read these myself but I know there’s someone out there would who like to have these in their bookshelf more than I would.
So this is my Christmas/Chanukah/New Year’s/Three Kings gift from me to you. I think the fairest thing would be to pick three winners, winner number one gets their first pick and so on.
Quick description of the books:
- First book title is: “TV Goes to Hell: An Unofficial Road Map of SUPERNATURAL”. Personally this is my favourite because it is full of really well written and interesting essays. Very cool stuff!
- Second book title: “Bobby Singer’s Guide to Hunting”. It’s pretty cool, all written from Bobby’s point of view and his voice. It’s updated till end of Season 6. There’s some cool art work, stories told from his p.o.v and a cute message to Sam and Dean. I’ve only flipped through it but it seems to be in the form of a VERY long goodbye ‘letter’. Which kind of hurts since he’s ‘gone’ now. Denial is key here. :)
- Third and final title: “The Mythology of Supernatural: The Signs and Symbols Behind the Popular TV Show”. Notice “popular”. It’s cool because the author is comparing and giving notes to where the mythology in the show can be found. [The mythology they seem to focus on is more angels and demons, heaven and hell than the monsters] Also the book is dedicated to our beloved impala. No lie. “This book is dedicated to the legendary 1967 Chevy impala 327 v-8 gour-barrel- the only car with enough awesome to be driven into an Apocalypse by Dean Winchester.” I feel like the author is a Dean-
girl. Sorry scratch that. Dean-boy. Seeing as the writer is male. 4 for you Nathan R. Brown, you go Nathan R. Brown! So that’s it. I guess I would pay for shipping, though be warned I WILL pick the cheapest way of getting to you. And you’d have to trust me with your address. That seems to scare some people [understandably so]. One reblog and one like can count to your number and then basically I’ll pick from a hat.
Deadline for this iiiiiis…
I don’t know. I’ll edit this when I decide. Sunday February the 5th! That way I can send it in time for Valentine’s Day! :)<3
EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT EDIT: I forgot to write this! Do not reblog more than once or you will be disqualified. It just makes it harder for me to keep track. Thanks so much guys :)

Don’t ever say “fo shizzle” …. that’s just.. NO.
If I were to see this movie, the only place my face would be the whole time, is in my palm.
I love the wondergirls… but this… I don’t support..
-__-
anyone actually thinks this would be a good movie?
that was sucha turn-off for me too
and the “wondergirls always stick together” thing
i mean, no offense but the script writer -_______-
I just really don’t understand the audience they were trying for here… Preteens? Even this is too… Idek for tweens. The script writer needs to be brought to 2012. The whole thing seems way too immature for them. They’re the wonder girls for goodness sakes.
